MIXTT collects user-specific information from its members for the creation of user profiles. You are prohibited from disclosing your full name, telephone number, address, email, URL, financial or any other sensitive information in your profile. Nevertheless MIXTT will use or disclose personally identifiable information as described in this policy.
Information that is not personally identifiable, such as zip code, age, gender, searching, browsing, and registration history, and the content of communications with other Members may be used to monitor usage of the site and enhance the applicability of the services that we and third-party companies offer through the Site.
MIXTT sometimes uses third-party companies to provide various services (e.g., advertising) when you use this website. If you engage those services, the Internet protocol address (IP address) of the computer you are using to access the website may be disclosed to those third-party companies. MIXTT is not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party companies or any other external websites linked to the Site. MIXTT is a completely free service. We do not collect any credit card or bank information from our members.
MIXTT does not knowingly collect any information on the site from children under the age of 18, as we require that all users represent to us that they are at least 18 years old.
All information collected, including Registration Data, is the property of MIXTT.
MIXTT does not share your email address with third parties, so you should not receive spam mail as a result of using MIXTT. We occasionally send MIXTT news and updates to your MIXTT inbox, and you may elect whether or not you would like these forwarded to your email via the Settings section of the Site.
Profile and Password Maintenance
MIXTT members may update their profile information as frequently as they would like. However, changes to your Member profile and Group profile (photos or text) may not be reflected immediately. Until that time, your previous profile will still be active and visible to the public.
You are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password. Therefore, we recommend that you do not disclose your MIXTT password or login information to any third parties, including your Group members. If you choose to share this information with any third parties, you are responsible for all actions taken with your login information and password. If you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over any personally identifiable information in the possession of MIXTT. Therefore, if your password has been compromised in any way and for any reason, you should immediately change your password in Settings.
Profile Visibility
The information you enter in your personal and group profile(s) can and is intended to be viewed by any Member of the site, and the following basic information is accessible to any person, Member or non-member, browsing the site: Group Name, Main Group Photo (thumbnail), Group Tagline, Group Location, Group Age Category, Group Size, Group Make-Up, and Keywords. Individual Member profiles are not visible by means of a public (non-member) search.
Blocking
You may block another Members ability to contact you by indicating as such in Settings
Cookies
Like most Websites, the MIXTT site uses cookies to monitor your activity and enhance your experience on the Site. We also may use cookies to deliver content specific to your interests, and, if you choose, to save your login information so that you do not have to re-enter it every time you use the Site. It is your responsibility to use discretion when selecting the information you provide to others through MIXTT. It is prohibited to disclose your full name, telephone number, address, email, personal URL, financial or any other sensitive information in your profile.
